Martin Stadium Remodel Phase I & II

MMEC, along with HOK Sport, was selected to provide design services for Phase I and II of the Martin Stadium Renovation in Pullman, as well as schematic design for future Phases III and IV. Construction for Phases I and II began in December 2006.

Phases I and II included upgrading and adding additional infrastructure, additional accessible seating areas, new restrooms and concessions as part of expanded North and South concourses and completion of a new East side concourse. Additionally, the Northeast corner of the site was expanded to provide an accessible link between the expanded North concourse and new East concourse. A new ticket building anchors the new entry plaza at the Northeast corner of the site.
