MMEC was hired in 2000 to analyze Itron's space needs, conduct master planning, and implement a dynamic new image at their corporate headquarters. In late 2005, Itron purchased an existing 200,000sf office and manufacturing building. On a very tight time schedule, MMEC implemented plans to convert the space to Itron's new corporate headquarters, completed mid-2006.
