Hargreaves Hall

This 56,500 sf phased project includes the rehabilitation and restoration of a historic building in the heart of campus and construction of a new 20,500sf classroom and office wing. Renovated space serves needs for event space, and the new space will accommodate functions displaced by the restoration and provide for surge space. The project attained a LEED Gold certification.
